What is Sound Healing?
Tumblr media
Sound Healing is a tool to transform our field and resonate to a higher frequency, using the law of resonance and matching our vibrational signature to the fundamental tone of the universe, the creative power of all that grows and all that breathes. One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes. what to invest in to look and feel good this 2024
nutritionist or books on healthy and balanced nutrition
dental treatments
endocrinologist, if you need to know and take care of the functioning of your hormones
treatments for the care of your skin and hair, such as hairdressing, good products for hair and face, facial cleansing, treatments that your skin needs, go to a dermatologist if you need it, know what type of skin you have and know what are the right products to take care of it.
gym, a sports activity or time to do some exercise on your own, such as training at home. this not only helps your body look good, but also improves your physical and mental health.
psychological therapy, there are still people who believe that the psychologist is only necessary for people with serious problems, but that is not so, a therapist can guide us and help us to improve in the areas of our life that we want.
energy therapies, which would be complementary to psychological therapy, such as reiki, energy cleansing, access bars, among others.
quality time with yourself, do the things you enjoy, your hobbies and also time with people who make you feel good and from whom you can both enrich each other.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
and if you have more ideas about this, share them in the comments, it can be of great help to other people ✨

it’s very out of the blue, but I feel like you might have an answer: do you mind sharing a way to ground or open your sacral chakra? I was told that might be something I need to work on but engaging with it eludes me
Hello, Friend,
First, let’s clarify a few concepts:
Grounding refers to becoming more centered in your body and present in the moment. It's about connecting with the earth to bring your energy down from the upper chakras and distribute it evenly throughout your body. Grounding stabilizes and connects you, forming a foundation for removing blockages and allowing energy to flow freely through your chakras.
Opening a chakra, on the other hand, is about activating and energizing the chakra.
As a reiki healer, I have worked with clients who have experienced different blockages — overactive (which can feel hot) and underactive (which can feel cold) chakras. In my experience, while reiki and sound baths can support chakra healing, the most significant progress happens when clients actively engage in their own healing process. This work requires patience, consistency, and commitment to a daily practice.
I am curious why you specifically mentioned the sacral chakra. Understanding your experience with this chakra could help identify what might be blocking it and how best to balance it. Below I will speak in broad general terms about my experience with grounding, the sacral chakra, and ways people recommend to balance it.
The Sacral Chakra: Creativity, Emotional Expression, and Sensuality
When the sacral chakra is unbalanced, it can manifest in various ways:
Emotional instability Insecurity and anxiety Addictive behaviors (overindulgence) Resentment and guilt Lack of creativity Feeling unmotivated Lack of desire
When this chakra is balanced, you feel emotionally grounded, creatively fulfilled, and physically vibrant. You are inspired, creative, sensual, passionate, playful, energetic, joyful, balanced, and connected.
Grounding Techniques When I work with clients on grounding, we usually use meditation, breathwork, and visualization.
Tree Visualization/Meditation: We hold hands, close our eyes, and synchronize our breathing. I then guide them to imagine themselves as a tree, with roots extending deep from their feet into the earth. They feel the energy from the earth rising up through their roots, stabilizing and centering them. Their arms and hands become branches reaching for the sun, feeling its nutrients invigorate them. They imagine their branches swaying in the wind, taking in carbon dioxide, and releasing oxygen back into the atmosphere. Their body is the tree trunk, feeling strong, connected, and supported — energy flowing freely.
Barefoot Walking: Another effective grounding technique is walking barefoot on natural surfaces like the earth, grass or soil. Whether it’s a walk in a park, forest, or beach, this direct connection with nature can be incredibly grounding.
Connecting with Nature: Touching nature, hugging trees, talking to plants, and listening to their responses are other powerful ways to ground. Gardening can also be a deeply grounding practice, even if its just potted plants inside of your home. If you don't have any plants, visit a plant nursery and become a plant parent. If you are nervous about being a plant parent, start-off with a small succulent. They tend to be easier to care for, although a few have died while in my care.
Physical Exercise: Physical activities like swimming, walking, or going to the gym can help ground your energy and bring awareness to your body.
Water Connection: Water is especially beneficial for grounding. Whether it is taking a dip in a stream, river, ocean, spa, swimming pool, or even a bath or shower, water can help you reconnect and stabilize your energy. Practice luxurious bathing. Water is my personal #1 healing & spiritual practice. (It is not out of the ordinary for me to take 3 showers a day.) If I don't swim every day, I feel it. I just got back from a multi-week silent meditation Buddhist retreat in the mountains, and I brought with me a glass bottle of my swimming pool water to anoint myself everyday. (I also used it to water some of the trees and plants around that I was connecting with.)
Dance: Movement is another way to ground yourself AND release blocked energy. Don’t worry about how you look—just move! Create a playlist of three songs that get your body moving, and let your body guide you. Dance as if no one is watching, allowing your intuition to lead the way. (Here is a link to a Spotify playlist of songs for intuitive dancing.)
Sensory Connection: Engage in activities that bring pleasure and engage your senses, like:
Enjoying a favorite meal mindfully. Turn off the TV and electronic devices. Close your eyes and take your time to chew slowly, savoring each flavor as it unfolds on your palate. Pay attention to the sensations of eating, how the food feels in your mouth, and how your body responds to it. Allow yourself to be fully present, appreciating the nourishment and pleasure that each bite provides.
Mindful Tea or Coffee Drinking. Make a ritual out of it. Pay attention to the sound of the water boiling, the aroma as it brews, and the warmth of the cup in your hands. Sip slowly, savoring each flavor note and texture, and allow yourself to be fully present in the experience.
Textural Exploration. Spend time exploring different textures with your hands. This could be anything from soft fabrics, like silk or velvet, to natural textures, like stones or leaves. Close your eyes and really focus on how each texture feels against your skin, allowing yourself to be absorbed in the sensation.
Opening & Balancing the Sacral Chakra involves a combination of the grounding techniques (above) and also some suggest the below:
Color and Crystals: Some believe that the sacral chakra’s association with the color orange means that eating orange foods (like oranges, carrots, mangoes, and cantaloupe) or carrying orange crystals (like Amber, Carnelian, Orange Calcite, Gold Tiger’s Eye, and Moonstone) can help balance it. This also includes wearing orange clothes, perhaps a new orange scarf or shoes? October is coming up!
Yoga Poses: While I am not trained in yoga (and only practice sporadically) certain poses are often recommended for opening the sacral chakra, such as Mountain Pose, Tree Pose, Warrior Pose, Crescent Pose, Goddess Pose, Forward Bend, Bound Angle Pose, Triangle Pose, Pigeon Pose, and Butterfly Pose. Aromatherapy: Mindful breathing with scents. Using essential oils like jasmine, sandalwood, ylang-ylang, orange, or patchouli can also support sacral chakra healing.
Creativity: Expressing yourself creatively is key to sacral chakra health. Write, draw, paint—let your creative energy flow. Even if you are not feeling particularly inspired, just start. A single brush stroke or word on a page can lead to more. Make creativity a daily practice, whether it is doodling, writing a sentence, or something else.
And probably the most important recommendation on how to balance your sacral chakra—
Emotional Exploration: Since the sacral chakra is closely tied to your emotions, consider exploring any underlying emotional issues or traumas that might be contributing to the imbalance. Journaling daily, therapy, or talking with someone you trust can be powerful tools in this process.
Even though I tried to be as thorough as possible above, I should note that I am NOT actually an expert in the chakras. I disagree with the common western belief that there are only seven chakras. I believe that there are A LOT more. Each finger has at least four! Chakras are energy vortexes. And I have a lot of opinions about them.
But like I mentioned above, doing the grounding work that I mentioned along with a daily practice, should help you.
If you want to come off Anon and send a personal message, I will be happy to provide more thoughts on the subject specific to your circumstance.

BHP hire us for a Christmas Session Pack (5x consultation sessions with the core magicians).
Session 1 we imagine what seeing a ghost would be like, to see a ghost that isnt a media representation of an era, for example a woman from the 1940s the way media has documented that they looked and acted, instead how an actual person in 1940 is, how they smell, how a face that's never seen concentrated blue-light appears to our eye, pre-media apparition. Whats the vibration of non-synthetic fabric like when draped on flesh that's never touched synthetic fabric?
Session 2 we pretend to be Aboriginals experiencing First Contact with a plane in the sky, in country South Australia. We are PANICKED and racing to find a tree to hide under and also experiencing an insane pull to watch and monitor the sound and structure threatening us. We let our physiology really take this one. Maybe we go raw camping and have a vintage bi-plane fly over to experience it for real? We have been educated by an Elder on how to camp in the conditions of the region, and how camp life may have been in the time we are embodying for the exercise.
Session 3 we pretend to be Aboriginal Australian's experiencing stories of First Contact from another tribe. Two of us are the delegates to receive the information from the other mob first. We don't know what we are about to hear. We may or may not have a framework to experience this through. Then the two leaders discuss amongst themselves how to best convey this information to the rest of the family. Then we are the family hearing this information for the first time and reacting instinctually, feeling. Immediately, emotionally, riddled with cortisol, we formulate a plan on what to do, how to process this New Experience, what now?
Session 4 Phase One: we gather at Highpoint and make crazy scary eyes at Shoppers. Paranoid schizophrenia. We are doing improv based around the idea that shoppers are under trance and need to associate their actions with threat and fear, in an attempt to wake them up. Perhaps we have had a few lectures on Charles Manson and Jonestown (The Peoples Temple Agricultural Project) in preparation for this spiritual mission. Phase Two: We do the same but sending the shoppers loving perception, knowing that they are victims in a trance, we try to perceive them in a way that breaks the trance lovingly, with compassion and understanding. We have probably taken showers, changed outfits, and have cleared the prior energy. We probably have take Reiki and K-PSYCH courses in preparation and are coming to this exercise as Reiki Masters and reasonably versed in Kinesiology.
Session 5 we meet at sunrise at the corner of Elizabeth and Flinders Street (where we have asked BHP to relocate an adult sized mature gumtree) and burn the gumtree. Agency Agency does a lot of work at this location.

A daily reiki practice
Though energy work in Reiki is simple, but to maintain and strengthened Reiki flow within us, we need to dedicate an hour or two to do some Reiki exercise.
The question is, Reiki has been developed into so many style with a lot of techniques and symbols, so what Reiki style and techniques to be practiced?
Many Reiki masters has its own answers, but to me, we need to go back to what Reiki is in the first place which is a technique to connect our soul to the heart of the universe through meditative state of mind.
Therefore, we need to eliminate unnecessary techniques every time and enter into deep meditative practice in the end.
To do so, i offer a simple guideline to practice Reiki daily
1. To do self healing          whether you are already pass level 1 or shoden in Reiki, you still need to practice self healing to yourself, because self healing soften the muscle and bring clarity to your physic quickly, this is an important step before any further exercise. 2. Cakra cleansing method          In Gendai Reiki ho we use Cakra Kassei kokyuho technique but you can use any technique to cleanse cakras in your own Reiki styles. Clean cakra help you feel balance and fresh. Bring clarity to the mind 3. Light breathing exercise        This technique put our consciousness to Tan tien and at the same time deliver Reiki energy to whole body area, you will feel a heat sensation and your cakra get more active. 4. Gasho meditation        At last, the last menu in this exercise. It is purely a meditation practice aiming to melt our consciousness with Reiki consciousness. Gasho means, that in original Reiki tradition this meditation was conducted in Gasho position, both hand in prayer position in front of the chest ( namaste position).
Where is the symbols? well symbol can be used just before start the entire practice, it use is to assist you in your practice. Don’t think that the symbol is sacred, it is only a helping tool, the most sacred in the end is your connection with the Most Highest within you.
Peace and prosper

What is Spiritual Energy?
Spiritual energy is something that is difficult to grasp with our five senses, yet it undeniably exists. This energy is said to influence emotions, thoughts, and relationships between people. Concepts such as aura, chakras, and vibrations are all related to this energy.
In physics, it is stated that "everything is made of energy," but from a spiritual perspective, there are ways to observe and utilize this energy more finely. Particularly sensitive individuals may feel tired in crowds or find comfort in specific places, which is evidence of perceiving energy.

How to Enhance Intuition
What is Intuition?
Intuition is the ability to derive answers instantly, beyond theory and logic. Feelings such as "I feel like I should do this" or "I don't think I get along with this person" are processes of unconsciously processing information to arrive at answers.
This intuition can be further strengthened through practice. By consciously using it, one can make better life choices.
Exercises to Strengthen Intuition
To train intuition, it is important to consciously use it in daily life.
Meditation: Create time to reduce distractions and listen to your inner voice.
Prediction Practice: Use intuition to think about who will message you next or which path to choose.
Observe Bodily Reactions: Be aware of feelings of "comfort" or "discomfort" towards people or objects.

Understanding Synchronicity
Examples of Synchronicity
Synchronicity refers to meaningful coincidences. It can involve experiences like "seeing a specific number repeatedly" or "suddenly receiving a message from someone you were thinking about." Such occurrences cannot be easily explained and may serve as spiritual signs.
How to Attract Coincidences
To increase synchronicity in daily life, consider the following:
Sharpen Your Awareness: Pay attention to small coincidences that occur in everyday life.
Maintain an Attitude of Gratitude: A heightened sense of gratitude can attract more favorable coincidences.
Have Clear Intentions: The universe responds to those who have clear intentions.
Check incense burners, incense stands, brass lotus incense stands, and removable ash receivers on Amazon

Angel Numbers and Their Meanings
Angel numbers are combinations of specific numbers that are believed to convey messages from angels or the universe.
111: A sign of new beginnings and wishes coming true.
222: Represents harmony and balance, emphasizing the importance of belief.
333: Guidance from ascended masters.
Spiritual Messages through Dreams
Dreams may conceal subconscious or spiritual messages. If specific animals appear or you repeatedly have the same dream, it could be a sign of significance.

Hey ma, I have tried everything, even went to the doctor, but I can't cum. Do you have any tips?
Love,
🐷
Hi! That must be so frustrating! I usually tell people not to be too caught up in the end result and to enjoy the whole process because taking the pressure off usually makes the whole experience more enjoyable and makes it easier to finish. However, at a certain point, I'm sure it's impossible not to wonder why it isn't happening for you.
If you've tried all different kinds of techniques, different kinds of stimulation, and different pressure/speed, and if you've tried talking to a doctor about it, and you're still not finding solutions, there might be a deeper, underlying issue.
A lot of people have all kinds of different trauma/bad associations with their body, and so I think for a lot of us, it can take time to reconnect. An orgasm is essentially the flow of energy through the body, and when we have energy stuck in our bodies, it can keep us from being able to cum during sex/masturbation, and so all I can really do is suggest you talk to a mental health professional about it or a spiritual worker if that's the kind of thing you believe in (I know things like reiki - idk if I spelled that right - can be helpful in situations like this).
Luckily, this almost never a life-long problem. There are solutions, and there are a lot of exercises you can do to reconnect with your physical body (yoga, meditation, breath work, etc.) I really wish you luck, because this problem must be frustrating, and you deserve to be able to have mind-blowing orgasms ! 💖

Once the seven chakras have been purified ~ where 51% of our divine spiritual energy is able to flow through our system ~ the divine energy from the kundalini will rise, breaking the seven seals that have been placed over our seven chakras that have kept us veiled and bound by the duality of the 3rd dimension. Once the veils of amnesia/blocks are removed our higher/spiritual chakras will be activated, and we will continue to open and expand our being based on our commitment and level of dedication to our "spiritual practice". There are many, many chakras beyond the 7 ~ but it is the 7 primary chakras that are the rainbow bridge that connect our physical body to our Divine Spirit.
The best way to open and purify the seven chakras is through:
1. HEALING THE SHADOW AND EGO CONSCIOUSNESS
2. Meditation and Visualization
3. Energy work such as Pranic Healing, Reiki, DNA Theta, Cranial Sacral or any other energetic modality
4. Yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi or any kind of exercise will increase energy circulation through our chakra system and break up old stagnant blocks.
5. Allowing yourself to process through your emotions and feelings by "FEELING" them. Stored unprocessed feelings create blocks in the chakras that block the flow of divine energy.
6. Practicing Self Love and Oneness
7. Living an AUTHENTIC life.
8. Speaking Our Truth with words of LOVE.
9. Expressing Gratitude.
10. Channeling Creative Energies through art, dance, cooking, writing, singing etc....
11. Energy activations such as a Reiki Attunement, Deeksha, DNA Activation etc.....
I have read several teachings where people are saying ~ if you do not focus on your higher chakras, those above the seven ~ you will be limited and holding yourself back. However, from my perspective, the only way you could hold yourself back is if you don't do any spiritual work at all, and you choose to keep your self stuck in shadow and ego consciousness. In addition, the higher spiritual chakras simply will not open until the lower seven have been purified. Each chakra is a doorway or portal into higher consciousness and once they are understood, opened and cleared we move into a state of wholeness bringing our Spirit down into matter. Once this occurs, then we can focus on the higher ones and our spiritual self will continue to open and expand those that we are ready to have activated ~ based on our level of vibration.
If we get over zealous in our spiritual practice thinking we can skip over the building blocks of our spiritual expansion we may run into problems. It is kind of like a baby learning how to walk. First we must build up our muscles to lift ourselves up, then we begin to crawl, then we begin to walk and then we begin to run! We don't just come out of the womb ready to run....there are prerequisites and stages to our development and we want our spiritual expansion to be safe and GROUNDED. Too much too soon can be overwhelming.
During meditations and visualizations, AFTER you have spent time with the intention to clear your 7 chakras, you can connect with your HEART and CROWN space directly above your head. Send love to these areas and know that you are deeply loved and fully supported. The raising of divine spiritual energy from the root chakra ~ all the way up the spine ~ to the crown chakra requires PATIENCE, TRUST, FAITH and SELF PURIFICATION. Divine energy will rise at exactly the right time for each soul's journey. Your focused attention on meditation and the clearing of your chakras/energy fields, as well as, your desire to live a life of "good will" will activate your dormant kundalini energy to rise when your system has been adequately prepared. Please do not force the process.

1/100 days of productivity. ( 13th October 2024)
A day in my life .
1. I woke up at 10 and had warm water with turmeric, black pepper, and lemon, which is good for liver and gut health.
2. Yesterday, I attended a 20 mins live session of reiki on Insight Timer, and it felt magical. For a few seconds, I sensed some universal energy, and now I want to learn more about it. Today, I did a 20 mins practice of receiving reiki energy transmission, and once again, it was magical. I felt like my mind was cleared from blockages. I also practiced yoga for about 10 minutes.
3. I had a healthy breakfast that included banana toast with honey and black coffee.
4. I studied Power BI for about 1.5 hours with a 10-minute break. Today, I learned about the basics of Power BI charts and Desktop features.
5. I had my lunch while watching the K-drama Love Next Door.
6. I did some reading. Current read: Sputnik Sweetheart by Haruki Murakami. I am on page 64.
7. In the evening, I spent time on my balcony with green tea, listening to music. I wasn’t scrolling through my phone, just enjoying the music and tea. I find it very calming. I listened to songs by Umer Farooq. I find some of his songs really soul-touching.
8. I did my evening prayer.
9. Study (15 mins) : I learned some Excel hacks.
10. For dinner, I made dal soup.
11. I attended my fourth session of CBT for mood and anxiety. Today it was all about exploring our emotional responses. And how we can't always change how we feel, and that's totally okay but we can change how we handle those feelings by finding practical ways. Like doing a breathing exercise, taking a walk, spending time in nature or just writing down our thoughts.
12. I brushed my teeth. I will sleep by 12:30.
I took 7,800 steps today.
My screen time was 5 hours. I really need to work on this.

I was paired with the amazing @kalcia, whose work was truly an inspiration.
Here is your snippet; is it out of context? Yes.
Is it definably Inu/Kag? Also yes.
@inu-spiration
Kagome knelt down, her spine straight as she folded her hands to her chest. She closed her eyes to better help her concentrate on a few calming exercises before attempting the first spell. As her reiki flared around her, she heard Inuyasha back up a few paces, although it was unnecessary. He should be safe, although she amended that thought when she felt her energy clash with that of the previous caster. She frowned in concentration, focusing all of her effort on the barrier.
“Try going through now,” she told him, cracking one eye open.
Inuyasha responded by moving as he always did; quickly and with force. He didn't even have time to make a sound before he was being slammed into the wall of the cave, just as he had the first time he attempted to leave.
“Dammit!” he growled, falling to the ground.
Kagome winced sympathetically. He could take more physical abuse than a human, but that didn't make it any more pleasant.
“Sorry! I knew it was too much to hope for--let me try another.”
Inuyasha stalked back to his original position, his pride not allowing him to rub the lump he could feel forming on the back of his head.
Sending him an apologetic smile before closing her eyes once more, Kagome redoubled her efforts, hoping that at the very least, she was weakening the spell.
“Try it again.”
Once more, Inuyasha sprang forward, this time bracing himself as he was flung back.
“This is one case where I’m not happy that I was right,” she sighed, slumping slightly at her failure.
Inuyasha sat up, but wasn't as quick to move across the cave. “This spell has been in place for a long time, and we can't be sure how many people have recast and altered it. It would have been nice, but I guess I couldn't expect you to break it in one go,” he said grudgingly. The last thing he wanted was for her to give up.
“Maybe not, but I won't let this get the best of me!” Kagome replied, her jaw jutting out stubbornly. “There are still plenty of things to try, and I have a friend with scrolls that might help if I run out of options.”
Inuyasha raised an eyebrow. Bold words for the person that wasn't being slammed into the wall at every attempt, but he had to admit, she had guts.
“Let’s go, then. I can take more hits than that.”
Although most of his Marks were now hidden by his clothing, Kagome had an excellent memory, and knew very well just how battered he must have been to earn each one.
“If you don't mind using a human, I know someone who add your Mark for this,” she offered quietly, hoping he wouldn't be offended.
Inuyasha froze, hardly able to believe what she was saying. Most humans thought that Marks were barbaric, and nothing more than a way to brag about the atrocities the youkai had committed against humans. While he couldn't deny that was the case for some, the Marks held a much deeper meaning, and in most cases did not involve humans at all. It was clear that Kagome had an understanding of their significance, but he couldn't help but wonder if her offer wasn't connected to the possible bond between them. He glanced away, unable to meet her eyes.
“Not sure if this is worth a Mark--or one that I wanna remember,” he finally answered.
Kagome gave a light shrug, not wanting to pressure him. “Maybe not, but I didn't think you would be able to resist getting one to rub in Sesshomaru’s face.” She grinned as his eyes jerked in her direction, an answering expression curling his lips.
“Damn, you're vindictive. I might have to take you up on that.”
“The offer is always open. Now,” she sighed, resisting the urge to rub the muscles in her legs that were beginning to protest her position, “Let’s try this again.”
They continued throughout the morning, and then into the afternoon. Each time her efforts failed and Inuyasha went sailing through the air to smack into what was becoming a sizable dent in the cave wall, Kagome felt a horrible sense of guilt.
“Dammit, Kagome!” Inuyasha howled, brushing tiny bits of stone out of his hair, one eye clenched shut while the other glared at her balefully, “Are ya tryin’ to kill me, or get me outta here by tunnling through the other side of the damn cave?”
Abruptly, the feeling passed.

Healing
In our fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and caught up in the chaos of daily life. From work deadlines to family obligations and social events, it can be hard to find a moment of peace. However, finding inner peace is essential for our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Here are some ways to find peace in the midst of chaos:
Practice Mindfulness Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment and focusing your attention on your thoughts, emotions, and surroundings. By practicing mindfulness, you can learn to let go of distractions and worries and find a sense of calm in the present moment. You can practice mindfulness through meditation, yoga, or simply taking a few deep breaths and focusing on your breath.
Take a Digital Detox Technology can be a significant source of stress and distraction. Take a break from your phone, computer, and social media to disconnect and recharge. Instead, spend time in nature, read a book, or engage in an activity that brings you joy.
Simplify Your Life Sometimes, the chaos in our lives comes from having too much on our plates. Simplify your life by prioritizing your commitments and focusing on what’s most important. Say no to things that don’t serve you, delegate tasks to others, and make time for self-care.
Engage in Physical Activity Physical activity is a great way to release stress and tension from your body. Find an exercise or activity that you enjoy, such as running, yoga, or dancing, and make it a regular part of your routine.
Connect with Others Sometimes, finding peace in the midst of chaos means reaching out to others. Connect with friends and family, join a support group, or seek out professional help if needed. Talking to others can help you gain perspective and find a sense of community.
Practice Gratitude Gratitude is the practice of focusing on the positive aspects of your life and being thankful for what you have. Take time each day to reflect on what you’re grateful for, whether it’s your health, your relationships, or the beauty of nature. Focusing on gratitude can help shift your mindset and bring a sense of peace to your life.
Set Boundaries Boundaries are essential for protecting your time, energy, and well-being. Learn to say no to things that don’t align with your values and goals, and set limits on how much time you spend on work, social media, or other activities.
In conclusion, finding peace in the midst of chaos is possible, but it requires intentional effort and self-care. By practicing mindfulness, simplifying your life, engaging in physical activity, connecting with others, practicing gratitude, and setting boundaries, you can find a sense of calm and balance in your life. Remember that finding peace is a journey, not a destination, and it takes time and practice to cultivate inner peace.

Oren Zarif Healing Techniques: Healthy Tips to Boost Your Mind and Body Naturally
Tumblr media
Oren Zarif is a name that’s been circulating in wellness circles for years, particularly for his unique approach to mind-body healing. Known for his alternative therapy practices, Oren Zarif has sparked conversations across the globe about energy healing, subconscious power, and holistic well-being.
Whether you’re new to his methods or looking for ways to enhance your overall health, this post dives into practical, everyday tips inspired by holistic healing philosophies that align with Zarif's principles.
Understanding Oren Zarif’s Approach to Healing
Before we jump into the tips, it helps to understand the foundation of Zarif’s work. While his methods are unconventional, Oren Zarif emphasizes:
Harnessing the subconscious mind
Belief in the body’s ability to self-heal
Using mental energy to impact physical health
Zarif doesn’t rely on medication or surgery. Instead, his sessions are rooted in bio-energy, aiming to "unblock" the body’s natural healing power. While science hasn’t conclusively validated all of his claims, many followers report feeling better—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
1. Start With the Mind: Train Your Thoughts
One of the cornerstones of Oren Zarif’s healing ideology is mental clarity. Negative thinking can drain your energy and manifest physically as fatigue or illness.
Tips to keep your mind clear and focused:
Practice daily affirmations: Tell yourself, “I am healing” or “My body is strong and healthy.” Repetition builds belief.
Limit exposure to negative content: News, social media, or gossip can have a heavy mental toll. Choose positivity.
Visualize healing: Just 5 minutes a day imagining your body in perfect health can reduce stress and promote recovery.
2. Eat Clean, Eat Mindfully
Healing begins from the inside out. Oren Zarif often emphasizes natural health, which includes paying attention to what goes on your plate.
Simple clean eating habits:
Stick to whole foods: Fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains nourish and energize.
Reduce sugar and processed foods: They trigger inflammation and disrupt your body’s balance.
Stay hydrated: Water helps flush toxins and supports cellular repair.
Mindful eating bonus tip: Don’t just eat for hunger—eat with awareness. Savor each bite, and give gratitude for your meal.
3. Move With Intention
You don’t need to hit the gym hard every day to support healing. Oren Zarif’s principles align more with gentle movement that recharges the body.
Best practices for movement:
Try tai chi or qigong: These slow, controlled movements align energy flow and calm the nervous system.
Stretch daily: Even 5 minutes of basic stretching can ease tension and boost circulation.
Walk in nature: A simple walk outdoors can reset your mind and reduce cortisol (the stress hormone).
4. Manage Stress Before It Manages You
Stress is one of the biggest obstacles to healing. Zarif’s teachings highlight how emotional blockages can lead to physical symptoms.
Natural ways to reduce stress:
Meditation: Even 10 minutes a day can reduce anxiety and support better sleep.
Deep breathing exercises: Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 6. Repeat.
Journaling: Writing out your thoughts can release mental tension and provide clarity.
5. Explore Energy Work (If You're Curious)
Zarif’s technique involves what he describes as energy channeled through the subconscious mind. If you’re open to alternative therapies, energy healing might be worth exploring.
Energy healing modalities to consider:
Reiki: Gentle hands-on therapy that promotes emotional and physical healing.
Acupuncture: Ancient Chinese practice that realigns the body’s energy flow.
Sound therapy: Uses vibrations from singing bowls or gongs to balance the body.
While not everyone may experience dramatic effects, many report a deeper sense of relaxation and improved mood.
6. Sleep Is Your Superpower
Sleep isn’t just about rest—it’s a biological reset. Zarif encourages aligning your lifestyle with the body’s natural rhythms.
Tips for better sleep:
Stick to a schedule: Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day—even on weekends.
Avoid screens before bed: Blue light disrupts melatonin, your natural sleep hormone.
Create a calming bedtime ritual: Herbal tea, soft music, or a warm bath can prepare your body for rest.
7. Trust Your Inner Wisdom
Perhaps the most profound takeaway from Oren Zarif’s philosophy is the idea that healing begins with belief. Your body is not separate from your mind—they work in harmony.
Ways to build trust in your healing process:
Listen to your gut feelings.
Pay attention to how your body reacts to certain foods, people, or environments.
Keep a health journal: Track what improves your mood, energy, and focus.
Final Thoughts: A Balanced Life Is a Healed Life
Whether you fully follow Oren Zarif’s techniques or not, his teachings remind us that we have more power over our health than we often realize. Healing doesn’t happen overnight—but consistent, small changes can lead to long-term transformation.
The key is to be gentle with yourself. Honor your journey, embrace mindful practices, and believe in your ability to feel whole again.
